I loooooove Misty in your style and that's my first ever pixel Icon of her....*very exciting* Hehe ♥
Oh my, it looks so soft with the coloured outlines and her eyes are so shiny 8DDD I also adore how big her wigs are,
I'm never able to draw nice wings in pixel icons....but you certainly did a great job! <3333

I wanted to seit it as my Icon, but it didn't work....it says it can only be 50 KB, but it's over 70...idk....xDDD
